8 apr 2011 was darling husband's big day. it was the day when he received his MBA scroll. after much determination and endurance, he completed the course with flying colors and more importantly, on time. ha ha ha...
congratulations sayang!
this is something he could share with his sons when they both are bigger. being a father of 2 sons, husband to a demanding wife, the sole breadwinner in the family, being at the peak of his career and going back to school at the same time was merely challenging. balancing life, work and study was indeed taxing.
our quality family time was effected too. there were times i was mentally challenged when i didn’t get what i want, couldn’t be where i wanted to be, simply because this old lady refuse to go out without him tagging along. but so far, alhamdullilah, we didn't argue as a result of such infrequent bonding time. nevertheless, i do treasure the time we have with each other.
but hey, that was then. he's more time with his family now. am happy as a clam at high tide! syukur alhamdullilah.

JB clan reunited at serai @ empire to celebrate tasha’s birthday the other day. To be frank with all of you, the JB including me are food monsters. And being a food monster myself, I have compulsion to eat. So when having a big crowd at dinner, I indulge on food way too much till my body couldn’t take it.
Aiyoh…. My brother’s wedding in September yet I still have high tolerance to big portion food. Am lacking of self control here. But with much persuasion from friends, I am still a food monster. Love me or hate me! Ha ha ha… in such denial I really am. sigh...

Due to overwhelming support from all of you, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and from the depth of my soul. I have never thought others would like to buy them but from the massive sales on my preloved and new clothes proved me wrong.
The more empty space I see in my wardrobe room gives me a cause to smile. I can envision that darling husband would be smiling with me when he gets home.
FYI, I have more clothes to sell. And I haven’t started with my knick knacks yet. So stay tuned. Thanks again!

hi all
after 2 days of rough rides, bucket full of sweat dripped off and turbo-charging my decision making skills, i have finally done with spring cleaning my closet. just so u know, i love all my clothes; the cheap ones, the expensive ones, the ones i received as gifts, the ones that have bitter sweet memories, well basically i love them all dearly, but they all must go.
i have to comply to darling husband's rules; worn once and have no plans to wear them again, MUST GO!

i shall bring the updates of this fotopages to a standstill till further notice as my time is pretty occupied with spring cleaning my closet to make room for new ones. for years, i have been keeping all my never-been-worn and worn-once clothes and they have occupied a lot of space in my closet. therefore, i will sell all of them online.
besides clothes, am also selling my treasured knick knacks.

here are some photos from the event. i wish we had aplenty of time in our hands to organize this event more proficiently as we only had a week to plan and execute. due to lack of time, some guests couldn't turn up.
but i am grateful that everything is in place and it was indeed a silky smooth event. seriously there wasn't any hick ups, the home cooked food was superbly cooked and served by my dearest MIL. TQ ma!
our cousins spent a night at our place and lent their helping hand throughout the event. love u girls!
from this event, i have learned that this majlis aqiqah should have been carried out way much earlier and not to wait till ilham hezrin is 6months old. am blaming my old indolent self for carrying out my tasks inefficiently. i neglected my own responsibility. *pemalas* ilham was on the edge throughout the 'potong jambul' period. he refused to be carried and detested to be touched. but after the wailing, ilham took a long nap and he had let me entertain my guests. but other than that, ilham is just being himself; an easy baby to handle. just feed him food and milk, and he's fine. TQ sayang! love you boo boo!
to my dearest son whom i love so much; iman hezrin, TQ for being such a well-behaved boy. you made my day so much easier. im glad you enjoyed the company of your cousins and new friends. making sure your cousins and new friends to feel welcome and at home is what you do best. you have made an extensive use of your excellent PR skills. love you to bits sayang.
last but not least, my darling husband. TQ for everything; especially when dealing with such a demanding wife. u know i love you moree....

#2 is 8 months
|

Hello. My name is Ilham Hezrin. I was born on 23 July 2010 and am 8 months old.
I love to be cuddled most of the time and I get cranky when I am hungry. Mommy told me that I am an easy baby to handle. I won’t cry unless I didn’t get to watch Mickey Mouse. I have an older brother who controls what channel to watch on TV. The TV controller is always in his hands and he will hide it in some place where I could not reach. Yeah that’s abang.
My hobby is to EAT, play with my toys, play with abang’s toys when he’s at school, EAT, disturb abang when he’s doing homework, EAT, watch TV, EAT and EAT. I smile a lot too. I’ll get my way to many things with my wide smile. As of now I have 2 teeth growing diagonally. When I beam, you can see my gleaming teeth. Daddy says my teeth is just like his; gigi kapak.
I was introduced to eating solids since I was 4 months old. Mommy used to feed me fish porridge, oatmeal cereal, sweet potatoes, banana in apple sauce and the list goes on. I love food but I hate to wear a bib when I eat. It was so distracting having a bib clutching my tiny neck when I don’t make any mess when I eat. I would open my mouth widely and won’t let any food drip down my shirt. I seep everything what’s in the bowl.
Since I am now today 8 months old, my food vocab has developed as I grow older. I always get to sneak some of mommy’s breakfast like roti cicah half boiled egg, nasi lemak, some nuggets, toasted bread with cheese and banyak lagi lah. Not to mention, some oreo cookies abang feed me when mommy isnt looking. And to everyone’s surprise, I can gobble down 3 pieces of bread at a sitting.
So just in case you are wondering how to spice up my day when you pay me a little visit at home, I prefer food than toys. He he he.. TQ.
